I'm finally settling back in at the office, and I wanted to send you a note to thank you for making our stay at Casa Oliver exceptional. We had an incredible time, and we could not have asked for a better host. You and your staff were wonderful in all respects, and the house was of course beautiful. We only wish we could have stayed all week!

Also, thank you for putting me in touch with Mr. Oliver. I have emailed back and forth with him and plan to speak with him sometime this week.

One more thing: Thank you for the Black Bean Soup recipe! I will be sure to make it soon.
